Deepest sympathy to Dolly and family. Ted and I knew Dave so well. He was best man at Ted and Carolyn's wedding in 1963 and was Godfather to Sonja Busch Avena, daughter of Ted and Carolyn. Dolly was Sonja's Godmother. We will pray for everyone in the Matzinger family.
