I'm so very sorry to see this. I had only just recently just met Dave and I thought he was such a sweet man. He used to walk his dog past my office and the two of them made quite a pair. My thoughts and prayers are with his family.

We are so sorry to hear about Dave.  Growing up together Dave has always been there.  On the playground and just everywhere all my life. We had some good conversations about our childhoods in Shinglehouse. He will be missed.

Mr. Dave was a wonerful blessing all that got to know him. He was witty and good natured. I was allowed to call him Pops Wetzel as we worked together in Troy before he retired from GFS. I also had the pleasure of knowing his loving wife Annie. I had the pleasure of watching their dogs once, while they went on vacation and found a friendship for life with both of them. It saddens us all to have this loss. My husband John and I wish to send our deepest condolences to the family. Our prayers are with you all at this time.

So very sad at the loss of Dave.  He has been a dear friend of mine since 4th grade.  He was always there if I needed him for anything whether just to talk or if I needed help with something.   He will be missed by anyone who knew him.  So glad he is reunited again with Anne.
