Donald A. “Richard” Louser

ELDRED, PA---Donald A. "Richard" Louser, 48, of Eldred, formerly of Shinglehouse, PA and Allegany, NY, passed away unexpectedly in his home
on Friday Oct. 25, 2013 after suffering an apparent heart attack.
     He was born August 26, 1965 in Olean NY, a son of Thomas G. Louser and Donna J. Carr Louser Siebert.
     He graduated from Allegany High School in 1984 and served briefly in the U.S. Navy.
     He was employed at RAM Forest Products in Shinglehouse for 28 years.
     Don was an avid hunter and fisherman as he loved the outdoors. He also loved spending time with his family and friends.
     He is survived by his mother Donna J. Siebert of Shinglehouse, PA; three brothers, Brian (Lisa) Louser and Tom (Lori) Louser, both of Shinglehouse
John (Becky) Louser of Olean, NY; two sisters, Francie (Glenn) Drake of Shinglehouse and Shanna Siebert of Eldred; a step-brother Thomas Frungillo of Olean NY; a step-sister Karen (Bob) Barton of Allegany NY; many nieces and nephews; and his girlfriend, Tina Mathewson and her three children.
    Don was preceded in death by his father.
     There will be no public visitation.  A celebration of Don’s life will be held at a date and place to be announced.
     In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to American Heart Association.      


Don was a great man and we are proud to have known him. He was a big part of our lives in many ways and we miss him everyday. I hope you have peace now Don. The Brugh's Adam, Shelly and Garrett

i agree this loss will never go away.not just a friend but family, uncle don was part of our family for over 30 years and will always be thankful for that prayers of healing out to all. may your special memories warm your heart i no we have many he was so good to all of us he was a good man n a better friend he will b missed

So many memories that it is hard to find words to express how much we loved 'Uncle Don' and all he did. He was a wonderful person and a great guy - way too young to be taken from this world.
