I was saddened to learn of Jayne's passing. I'd known her over thirty years. I admired her and she was a good friend. I live in Washington DC and wish I had been in better touch. I will always miss her very much.

I am proud to claim Jayne as my Cousin. No one could dispute Jayne's individuality. Altho accredited for speaking Her mind, and make no mistake She certainly could ...... She more often than realized would bite back a comment that may possibly hurt. That's a very special talent that not many possess. The simplest things in life brought Her the most joy. Jayne was real in the purest sense of the word. Those of us graced by her affection will feel the emptiness for a very long time. God bless and hold you my Dearest of Friends. I will see you again.
