I remember Uncle Kevin from when I was a little girl!!! He lived with us for many years. He and my mother we so close they were like siblings. One of my Fondest Memories was when I was about 7 yrs old Uncle Kevin make escargot! I was so grossed out by them. He told me that if I ate one he would make me a whole pan of rice crispy treat. Well being that I wanted them rice crispies I ate fine one. Ewww so gross but was so worth the reward!!!
