Born on Sunday, July 2, 1939 in Buffalo, NY, she was a daughter of Robert and Winifred Kelly Quimby. On December 31, 1960 in Coudersport, she married Paul S. Haskins, who passed away on May 15, 2018.

(Shelli) Haskins of Coudersport; fourteen grandchildren; nineteen great-grandchildren; a brother, Stephen (Lou) Quimby of Kenmore, NY; and many nieces and nephews.
