Pastor Minor as a minister of God was a wonderful gift to the Body of Christ. He touched so many hearts and lives. My life was forever changed by the Christ he preached and imparted the passion for to others. His son in the gospel, apostolic and Reverend James Minor, became a father to me in the gospel. It is because of Pastor David Minor sharing and imparting to Reverend James Minor that hundreds of others lives (in addition to my own) have been, will and will be changed by the love of God in Christ.

I loved Pastor Minor.I remember being a new bride of Brian Fowlkes in Norfolk,VA.We attended Rock Church and I loved Pastor Minors sermons,so much that we ordered his tapes. He was a friend to Brian and I was thrilled one night that he came to supper at our apartment.I made spaghetti and meatballs and he said it was the best spaghetti and meatballs he ever had.He was kind, gracious, and full of the Spirit.

Those of us who sat under him -- heard and saw things we never else would have -- knew Reverend Minor as a man of God, one in a thousand. He would count himself as one. My sympathy.

It was always a pleasure to work with Pastor Minor. I have particular fond memories of how much he loved his delightful horse, Zeus. Rest in Peace.

Sending our thoughts and prayers to the Minor Family during this time of sorrow. Pastor Minor was by far the sweetest man I have ever meet. His love for the Lord and others was profound. He always made us feel loved and welcomed when we came to visit. I know for sure he is enjoying his reward in heaven with his Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. We will truly miss him. May God comfort you and give you peace.
