In addition to his parents, RLee was predeceased by a son Randy Van Pelt in 1978.

So very, very sorry to learn of your loss.  RLee will be sorely missed by many.  Eli and I will miss visiting with him during fair week.  It won't be the same when we don't run into him and share a few laughs.  Our thoughts and prayers are with you all, God Bless.

To Barb, Deb, Rod, Deanna and families. Some of my fondest childhood memories were riding to Wellsville with the Van Pelts on Friday nights. RLee always made us laugh. Deanna and I were classmates and the family, a part of my Oswayo friends.  My love and prayers are with all of you.
