SHINGLEHOUSE, PA----Stephen E. Perkins, 77, of Shinglehouse, passed away on Tuesday, December 30, 2025, in the Olean General Hospital, Olean, NY, after a long illness.
In honoring Stephen’s wishes, there will be no services or further obituary published.
Stephen entrusted his care and cremation arrangements to Kevin J. Dusenbury, funeral director/owner of the Virgil L. Howard Funeral Home, Shinglehouse.
