Patricia A. Bollinger “beloved mother and sister”

SHINGLEHOUSE, Pa.---Patricia A. “Pat” Bollinger, 76, of Shinglehouse, passed away unexpectedly with her loving son by her side on Monday, August 7, 2023, in UPMC Cole, Coudersport.

Born on Saturday, May 17, 1947 in Blossburg, she was a daughter of Jay M. and Ella Irene Buckingham Low. She was married to Ronald D. Bollinger, who predeceased her.

Pat was a member of Crosstown Alliance Church in Shinglehouse. She enjoyed working in her flower garden. She loved to knit and working on jigsaw puzzles. She most especially loved spending time with her family.

Left to cherish her memory are two sons, Jeffrey M. Bollinger of Shinglehouse and Ronald D. Bollinger, Jr. of Virginia; five siblings, Pearl Faulkner of Wellsboro, Donald (Anita) Low of Shinglehouse, Carol (Dennis) Voorhees of Pen Argyl, Gene Low of Shinglehouse, and Ethel (Roy) Phillips III of Shinglehouse; and many nieces and nephews.

In addition to her parents and husband, Pat was predeceased by three brothers, Earl Low, Ray Low, and Jim Low.

In keeping with Pat’s wishes, there will be no public visitation or funeral services.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Crosstown Alliance Church, 450 N. Highland Avenue, Wellsville, NY 14895.

Pat’s family entrusted her care and cremation arrangements to Kevin J. Dusenbury, funeral director/owner of the Virgil L. Howard Funeral Home, Shinglehouse.
